Returns and refunds Policy

  1. Our return policy is valid for 7 days from delivery or collection.
  2. Once the 7 days has passed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
  3. Correctly supplied goods being returned will carry a 10% handling fee.
  4. Goods that are specially ordered, manufactured or on a clearance sale cannot be returned or refunded.
  5. To qualify for a refund or exchange, products must be in the original packaging, sealed, unused and in the same condition as it was delivered in.
  6. Shipping back correctly supplied goods to PPM Audio Visual’s offices at 6 Arklow Road, Founders Hill, Edenvale will be for the clients account.
  7. Goods returned will first be inspected and tested and if all is in order a refund will be processed within 5 Working days
  8. Goods damaged during the shipping process should be rejected with delivery or PPM Audio Visual must be notified within 7 days of delivery to arrange collection and replacement of the damaged goods.
