Yes, free delivery is available for orders over R500.00 excl. VAT. However, for orders under R500.00 excl. VAT, a delivery fee of R95.00 excl. VAT will be charged.

  • Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery or collection.
  • Products that are specially ordered, manufactured or on clearance sale cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Correctly supplied goods being returned will carry a 10% handling fee.
  • To qualify for a refund or exchange, products must be in the original packaging, sealed, unused and in the same condition as they were delivered.
  • Shipping costs for correctly supplied goods returned to our offices will be at the client’s expense.
  • Once returned goods have been inspected a refund will be processed within 5 working days.
  • If goods are damaged during the shipping process, they should be rejected at delivery or PPM Audio Visual should be notified within 7 days of delivery.
